The Quilter’s Guild of Dallas is proud to announce Quilt Celebration 2008 and to issue an invitation for you to join us March 14-16, 2008, at Market Hall in Dallas, Texas.

Please complete and return the Application and Agreement for Exhibitor Space, along with your deposit, by November 1, 2007. Please type or print legibly, since this information is used for our mailing list and the show program. Make a copy for your records and send us the original, along with your deposit. November 1 is the final deadline, but we may sell out sooner—so don’t delay! Please note that no one is guaranteed a space in our show until the Vendor Committee has confirmed that they have been accepted as a vendor.

If you have specific requests as to location, next door neighbor, etc., please get your application in early…and do be specific as to your needs. If you and your neighbor can send in contracts together, or at least within a few days of each other, it really helps the layout person. Be aware that we will try to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If you are a returning vendor, you will be assigned the same space you occupied last year unless you request a change which we will try to honor. Please note, however, that our MAJOR SPONSORS always get first choice of booth space as indicated in the enclosed Sponsor Guidelines.

Confirmation, map, and hotel information will be included in exhibitor packets, which will be mailed (and on our website) in January, with final payments due February 15, 2008. Vendor Applications received after all spaces are filled will be notified and added to our wait list. Deposits will be returned to those who are not final exhibitors. We hope to hear from you soon, and look forward to seeing you at Quilt Celebration 2008!
