Workshop Guidelines:
(effective for all workshops after
January 1, 2002)
Workshop Registration
- Payment is due in full at the
time of registration for a guild workshop.
Cancellations
- For a full refund, the VP - Programs & Workshops or their designee must be notified a minimum of fourteen (14)
days prior to the date of the workshop.
- For a partial (50%) refund, notice
must be made seven (7) to thirteen (13) days prior to the date of the workshop.
- Those canceling six (6) or fewer
days prior to the workshop and those that are no-shows will forfeit the workshop
fee.
Transferring Workshop Registration
Fees(s)
- The full registration fee may
be transferred to an alternate workshop if VP - Programs & Workshops or
their designee is notified a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the date
of the workshop.
- Cancellations made seven (7) to
thirteen (13) days prior to the workshop may transfer the remaining 50% towards
an alternate workshop.
- No transferring to alternate workshops
is permitted six (6) or fewer days prior to the workshop.
- If a workshop registrant finds
they are unable to attend a workshop they have registered for, but have a
friend that is interested in taking the spot, the registrant may sell their
spot independently of the guild. However, the VP - Programs & Workshops
or their designee must be notified of the change prior to the workshop for
class list purposes.
